BDC Zambia is the first ever entrepreneurial training center in Zambia and is located in the capital city Lusaka, Zambia, home to more than 1.2 million people. BDC Zambia partners with Regent University, where individuals enroll in a 14 week training session where they will receive in-depth and thorough training, as well as, one-on-one mentoring as they start their own businesses. Business Development Center Zambia will not only promote the local economy, but will also demonstrate that business people can be successful and exemplify Christ, simultaneously.
Grace and Truth International, Inc., partners with on-the-ground organizations to provide clean water for villages and schools in Zambia, Africa. 6.3 million people in Zambia don’t have clean water; that’s 1 in every 3 people and almost 2000 children under the age of 5 die a year because of dirty water and poor toilets. Many people, women and children in particular, have to walk several kilometers each day to find and collect clean water for their families. Providing a clean water bore hole to those without access, will decrease disease and give life to these people.
The Refresh Family Conference is a fully engaging conference for foreign missionary families sponsored by Grace and Truth International. Our purpose is to encourage and equip the entire missionary family. We do this by hosting a 3-part conference: a marriage conference for the missionary couples, a VBS for their young children, and a student retreat for their middle and high school aged children. The conference is paid for by donors of Grace and Truth International. The only expense to the missionary families is travel to and from the conference. It is our goal to host the Refresh Family Conference in a different region of the world each year. It is our prayer that this refreshing time of fellowship and encouragement will strengthen missionary families to fulfill their calling.
